About

Hello! I’m Drea from Manila, and I love the wonderful world of DIY.

Lovely obsessions close to my heart: handmade everything! papercutting, collages, rubber stamps, accessories, calligraphy, washi tape, string and lace,  getting to know new spirit animals (in my past life I was perhaps a cat), lumpy space princess, feminism, local handicrafts, tea, art materials, watercolor, colorful objects, ephemera, books and magazines, fashion illustration, pottery, typography, art by kids, found items, Keri Smith and Sark, Lynda Barry and Ariel Schrag. I adore Booksale.

I’m one of the founders of the local online magazine called Katha Magazine, a free magazine which we hope would empower, unite and inspire local creatives. Check it out at: http://facebook.com/kathamagazineph

I thought it was about time I put up a blog documenting my artsycrafty obsessions. 🙂

Say hello! For projects, commissioned work or friendship, email me: mabuhaydiy@gmail.com. 🙂

    • Hi Michelle!

Thanks for dropping by and leaving a note! I can’t wait to learn more from the class too! Saw your works and I love it! They’re really lovely and I see that we have a lot in common! See you in class! 🙂

  2. Hi may I know where did you buy the gold stamp pad ink?? I really really need it. Someone did my invitation but unfortunately I didn’t consider the envelop and stamp ink to be used. Currently I have a charcoal gray envelop and dont have any idea what ink to be used. Please help me. Thanks in advance
